Charlie — Your AI Tutor
Who is Charlie?
Charlie is your personal AI instructor. You can ask him questions about any topic in the ATPL syllabus or even about the question you’re solving right now.
Can Charlie explain questions while I’m doing a test?
Yes! Just click “Ask Charlie” while solving any question, and you’ll get a contextual, accurate explanation right away. If you want to ask about a specific question, you just have to tell him the question ID.
Account and Subscription
How can I manage my subscription?
Go to your profile icon in the top right corner > Subscription. There, you can upgrade, cancel, or change your plan anytime.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click «Forgot password» on the login screen. You’ll receive an email to reset it in seconds.
Billing and Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, apple pay and google pay. Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, if you need an invoice you can request it via this support form and we’ll send it to your email
